- Check-in: After 2:00 PM. Early check-in depends on availability.
- Check-out: Before 11:00 AM sharp to allow for cleaning.
- Late check-out may incur an extra charge of 500 THB per hour.
- Please present a valid ID or Passport upon arrival.

Security Deposit
- A security deposit of 5,000 THB is required upon check-in.
- Deposit is fully refundable at check-out, provided there are no damages or lost items.
- We accept cash or bank transfer for the deposit.

Noise & Community
- Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum outside after 10:00 PM.
- You can continue to party inside the villa with the doors closed! 🎉
- Respect our neighbors. Excessive noise complaints may result in fines.
- Use of karaoke equipment is allowed indoors only.

Cleaning & Care
- Please wash kitchenware after use. Unwashed dishes incur a 1000 THB cleaning fee.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the bedrooms. Please use designated outdoor areas.
- Pets are allowed in specific villas only for an extra charge of 500 THB per pet. Please ask us in advance! 🐶
- Please turn off air conditioning when leaving the rooms to save energy.
